This Privacy Policy explains how TopSwing Tracer ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.
Videos and photos you import are processed locally on your device for swing tracing, drawing overlays, and export. Your media is not uploaded to our servers and is never shared with third parties by the App.
All subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App.
Your account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Videos you delete from your device are permanently removed.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport and Firebase security rules, to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this address and inside the App under Settings → Privacy Policy.
